An Open Letter

On October 14th, Hightstown's Democratic Committee chair issued an open letter, exposing a pattern of controversial statements from Borough Council candidate, Zack Geltzeiler. This letter urges that Hightstown's Republican chair join us in calling on Zack to remove himself from the race. This action was not taken lightly, and was done so only after a thorough review of Zack's own words, from his political social media account.

Are aircraft vapor trails secretly "chemtrails" - a government conspiracy theory to poison you? Zack seems to think so

Can the government create and steer hurricanes? Zack seems to think so.

Was the COVID vaccine a conspiracy? Zack seems to think so.

Was the moon landing faked? Zach seems to think so.

Does Zack get his news from the debunked conspiracy-theory outlet Info Wars? Yes, he does.

Does Zack think it's OK to use slurs on social media?

Does Zack think the Civil War wasn't about slavery? Apparently.

Does Zack think Hitler is funny? He sure seems to.

Does Zack think "jokes" that reference the era of slavery are funny? He sure seems to.

Is Zack capable of interacting respectfully with other politicians? It seems not.

Does Zack have respect for our veterans? Shamefully, it seems not.

Was 9/11 an inside job that the government lied to cover up? Zack seems to suggest it.

At least Zack is correct on one topic...
